Who owns the code and the infrastructure?
Your data is always yours. For bespoke builds, code and infrastructure are yours from day one, with full documentation. For operated services running on our engines, your data and configuration stay portable while the engine is part of the service. Every engagement defines ownership in writing.
Where does our data live?
On dedicated infrastructure under your control, with European hosting providers under EU jurisdiction where compliance requires it. Encrypted at rest, and never inside a software vendor's product.
How does an engagement start?
With a conversation, then a written scope. Every engagement is defined individually: what is built, what it costs, and how it is operated.
What does it cost?
There is no price list. Engagements are scoped individually and agreed in writing before work begins.
What happens if we part ways?
Nothing breaks. Bespoke systems are yours and keep running, with full handover documentation, so your team or another vendor takes over. For operated services, your data and configuration are exported to you. Our access exists only while we operate the system, and it is revoked at handover.
Who has access to our systems?
As few people as the operation requires, with least-privilege access that is individually assigned, logged and revocable.
Do you work with small companies?
No. We work with large and established organisations where systems carry real operational load.
Can you bring AI into our operation?
Yes. AI agents and AI consulting are part of the practice, built on data you control and scoped to jobs where the value can be verified.
